Internet Marketing Solution - Content, Content, Content

If you're looking for the number one, hot Internet marketing solution that will propel your website to the number one spot on the most popular search engines you have a long search ahead of you. The truth is that there really isn't one technique that will accomplish such a major feat for you. The most successful and popular websites employ a number of techniques to garner that longed for spot. That being said, however; you should know that not all techniques are equal. Some techniques will definitely get you more results than others and the granddaddy of them all is content.

You may have heard this term bandied about and wondered what exactly it is; especially if you're new to the Internet marketing game. In short, content is the bulk of information that is placed on your site; it is the useful, informational and entertaining information that has one sole purpose. Content is the Internet marketing solution that will drive customers to your site in hordes, if done correctly.

So, you might be asking; how is content done correctly? Good content involves a number of articles that are fresh, unique and provide information that is of value to your targeted audience. It needs to be updated regularly and should be professionally written. That means no typos, no grammar and spelling mistakes. For this Internet marketing solution to be successful, your site's content should also be easy to read and laid out in a way that allows important information to ‘leap' off the page. Oh, and as if that's not enough; you need to know which keywords to place in your content articles and where to place them. That all sounds easy enough, right?

There are a number of ways you can obtain content for your website. Some people try the good old cut and paste method of ‘borrowing' information from other sites; however this can get you in trouble for a couple of reasons. First, that information is probably copyrighted and if you're caught you'll end up in major trouble. Second, one of the rules of good content is that should be original and unique. That means your target audience does not want to see the same information on your site that they just viewed on another site.

Free content is available through a number of means on the Internet, but again; you're back to trying to get original content. If you jumped at the chance for free web content, how many other people do you think did as well? If you are personally able to write in a professional, coherent and interesting manner, then this may be a good Internet marketing solution. If not, however; your best bet is going to be either persuading a family member or friend who can do it for you or else hire a professional writer. Yes, it costs money to do that. Remember the old adage? It takes money to make money.

Internet Home Based Business Ideas: Article Marketing

If you have just started an internet home based business opportunity with a website and an autoresponder (an e-mail series for a year for example), then you have more or less all the components you need to succeed on line. It's comparable with a franchise shop in the 'brick and mortar' world, ready for opening. The next step is how to get your customers to your new shop or traffic to your website. There are different ways to get traffic to your website. In this article, only article marketing as internet marketing ideas will be discussed, and how you use article marketing to make money for the short term.

Article marketing is probably a free and quickest way to get traffic to your site. The gurus and the books on article writing tell you to write articles and submit them to article directories or e-zines, so you can get backlinks to your own website, which will boosts your PR (page rank = how important Google thinks a website is). They also tell you that your articles might get picked up by another website owner with high traffic or an e-zine publisher, and put them on their sites, that in turn could generate some traffic for your site. This is all true, but it could take a couple of months to build up a significant number of backlinks before you will get enough traffic to your site, and to make some money online.

While building traffic to your website you could also use articles to make money online at short term. By using one or a couple of links back directly to a company which you are promoting or to your own website which gives the information about this company or product you can make sales quickly. There are many companies online where you can sign up as an affiliate for free. Many internet marketers start with one of the biggest and most respected companies on the internet called Clickbank.com. Here you will find thousands of E-books and digital products you can sell. The average commission of the products is about 50%.

Article directories like EzineArticles and Goarticles have a high PR (6 or 7) and are favorites of Google. EzineArticles, for example, could get your article listed on the first page in a few days with a keyword phase up to 10,000 competing results. Similar results could be achieved with Goarticles. This site is perfect for a new person to internet marketing since it allows you to have an affiliate link. EzineArticles does not allow you to link directly to the merchant website. In this case, you will need to point the link to your own website with the product or webpage that redirects to your affiliate site. On the other hand, it's probably the most popular article directory and more e-zine publishers and website owners go to EzineArticles for good content than any other site. There is a chance that your article could be picked up and used in a large site or online publication, which means that you can have more sales, if this happens.

In combining the two internet marketing strategies using articles both for short and long term, you can make money online immediately and after couple of months when you get sufficient traffic to your site.

How to Hit the Target for Your Internet Marketing through 5 Self Help Questions

Recently, I stumbled upon a simple way to hit the target on my Internet marketing strategy for driving potential web traffic to my site. For me, this was an incredible “Ah Ha,” because I am not a “techie” and my sales strengths are building relationships and understanding numbers. The Internet by its very nature provides an immediate obstacle to building relationships, but offers opportunities to gather and analyze numbers. And this is where many small businesses and even some larger businesses fail to capitalize upon this potential business strategy in their Internet marketing efforts.

Every day I receive at least one if not several articles about article submission as a marketing strategy to increase web site traffic. And yet, not one of these articles discusses if these articles are meeting the needs of potential readers. One senses that if you write enough articles or white papers (quantity), you will increase your business (quality). This reminds me of the old saying “Build It and They Will Come.”

So how do you truly know what articles are being read when you use a paid article distribution service and more specifically what topics are generating the greatest interest? Even though my practice focuses on education and training through organizational and leadership development, I recently authored an article “How to Gain Web Traffic Through 9 Simple Tips.” This article was my sharing of my recent experiences through the advice of two marketing experts (www.hodgecomunications and www.leaders-perspective) as I actively worked one goal within my strategic plan to increase traffic to my web site.

This article was first posted on 08/27/05 at www.ezinearticles.com and then submitted to a paid article distribution service www.articlemarketer.com. I was quite surprised when reading the “time viewed” through my free membership and monitoring page at Ezine Articles. Using my most frequently viewed article “Work Ethics - A Paradigm Shift” posted on 04/20/05, I then checked the average daily views through an excel spreadsheet that I had created for all submitted articles. What I discovered to my amazement was that the web traffic article was receiving almost 15 views a day while the other article received around 3 views a day. To ensure that this wasn’t an anomaly, I reviewed other daily view rates and learned that no other article was even close.

Wow! With 38 articles in the distribution highway, one article was out performing the other 37 by almost five to one. Remember the Parento Principle: 20% of your efforts account for 80% of your results. For someone who continually advocates if you can’t measure it, you can’t manage it, I then realized that this adage also applies to writing articles as well as to watching the statistics from my web site. Since this article was distributed, my daily web visits have increased 50% in just 6 days.

Is this article solely responsible for this increase? Absolutely, not. However, given the measurable increase in traffic, the number side of my brain began to click in. I began to wonder if I concentrated my activity during the next month on articles focusing on Internet marketing and web traffic would I continue to secure a daily view rate of 15 or greater for those submissions? During the next 30 days, I hope to have a measurable answer to that question and please feel free to contact me if you wish to know the answer as well.

If you also want to hit the target on your Internet marketing activities or as some might say, work smarter not harder, can you answer these 5 simple questions:

(1)What are your average daily view rates for your articles? (2)Are your articles within a specific topic area or a variety of topics? (3)Have you avoided topics that fail to demonstrate your expertise? (4)What is your strategy for tracking your article submissions against your daily web traffic? (5)Do you know for your efforts which specific topic generates the most daily views?

With the Internet being a major source of information, writing articles is a definite strategy to drive traffic to your web site. However, given the amount of time it takes to write a quality article, it does appear to make sense to leverage that time to secure the greatest results possible.

Advertising Business Opportunity Reaches New Lev

An Advertising business opportunity on the Internet is just exploding with possibilities. This is one of the most profitable endeavors available in the field of Internet advertising. If you have advertising experience and know even the basics of Internet, you have potential to start your own advertising business on the Internet.

There are many areas of the Internet that need to be learned before starting your advertising business opportunity. Multi level marketing, or MLM, is one way of generating advertising and sales at the same time. MLM is a system that allows someone to collect commissions on their own sales as well as on people they recruit under them. This used to be known as pyramid schemes.

MLM has become very popular with product sales, helping the organization build wealth by paying commissions on multiple levels. The concept from an advertising point of view is great, the more motivation you have to recruit people to sell your product, the more your product is out there on the market. Some examples of companies that use MLM are nutritional product lines, make up product lines, and home decoration lines.

Multi level marketing has been around for years and not likely to go away anytime soon. Focus needs to be clear however on what the drive is for the company. If your focus is only on recruiting people to recruit more people, then your product sales are going to suffer. When your product sales suffer, your business as a whole suffers and then no one wants to be a part of the industry. Keep your focus when dealing with MLM with your advertising business opportunity.

Ezines are another emerging way to get a product or service out to the public. Ezines, or electronic magazines, are usually specialized to a certain areas of interest. This is very much like conventional magazines. However, advertising in ezines is low-cost and even occasionally free. Another advertising business opportunity that is wide open.

Ezines in themselves will need advertising to get their word out. A perfectly written ezine does no one any good if no one knows that it is out there to be seen. Finding an audience for your ezine may be easier than you think. Make sure when going into ezines that you know your material and that the writing is concise and accurate.

SEO, or search engine optimization, is a proven method of advertising on the Internet and a field, which is very much in demand at this time. SEO is a system of writing web content that uses specific key words and phrases that will pull the page up when that keyword or phrase is typed into any of the search engines. Knowing how to effectively use keywords to get a site recognized is critical for small businesses on the web.

When you open a search engine such as 'Yahoo!' or 'Google', and type in the phrase Internet advertising, you will get a list of results. Those results are formulated by the words Internet and advertising. Sites that have those two words incorporated consistently throughout the site will come up on the list. These lists are in order by the most hit on sites at the top of this list. Of course, that is where you want your advertising business opportunity clients to be.

Educating your self on these concepts and a few more will allow you to start marketing your Internet advertising business. Becoming an Internet business advertising consultant to companies who are looking to expand their presence on the web is a first step in building your reputation and presence in this field.

You must have a well-written profile centered on your Internet advertising experience and an up to date resume'. Businesses today are being inundated with new, and sometimes bogus, advertising opportunities and you need to stand out above all those other offers. Keep your presence, online and in the field, professional at all times and make sure you can deliver what you promise. With those things in mind, you should be successful.

Five Minutes can Spare a Life!

If you are a healthcare provider or work in a healthcare environment, please - take 5 minutes of your time today and reflect on this vital information.

You may have heard about MRSA recently in the news, in passing, or maybe you heard that someone may have even died from "...some type of staph infection." MRSA (Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus) is a lethal form of bacteria which is resistant to many antibiotics. Most often, staph infections - including MRSA pose a strong threat to patients (with weakened immune systems), who are hospitalized or in other healthcare facilities.(For more detailed information about MRSA, please read the article -- MRSA: the Silent Killer - Are You at Risk? located at www.holisticjunction.com/displayarticle.cfm?ID=2198)

How can you make a difference?
If you are a healthcare giver, reading this article may help you spare a patient's life. First and foremost, MRSA is one of the most preventable infections; and it begins with you. While you were growing up, certainly you'd heard your mother say, "Don't forget to wash your hands before dinner." Your mother was, and still is absolutely correct. But her common advice applies even more so in the medical community. Per the CDC, "...The main mode of transmission of MRSA is via hands (especially health care workers' hands) which may become contaminated by contact with a) colonized or infected patients, b) colonized or infected body sites of the personnel themselves, or c) devices, items, or environmental surfaces contaminated with body fluids containing MRSA."According to the Center for Disease Control (CDC), there is a "Guideline for Isolation Precautions in Hospitals" (Infect Control Hosp. Epidemiol 1996;17:53-80). This guideline is purportedly widely used and "...should control the spread of MRSA in most instances." However, if this guideline is adhered to, why have too many patient's lost their lives due to MRSA? Simply put, it is a guideline; but not enough individuals are paying enough attention. The following Standard Precautions (as published on the CDC) list these guidelines that should be strictly followed:

1. Handwashing Wash hands after touching blood, body fluids, secretions, excretions, and contaminated items, whether or not gloves are worn. Wash hands immediately after gloves are removed, between patient contacts, and when otherwise indicated to avoid transfer of microorganisms to other patients or environments. It may be necessary to wash hands between tasks and procedures on the same patient to prevent cross-contamination of different body sites.
2. Gloving Wear gloves (clean nonsterile gloves are adequate) when touching blood, body fluids, secretions, excretions, and contaminated items; put on clean gloves just before touching mucous membranes and nonintact skin. Remove gloves promptly after use, before touching noncontaminated items and environmental surfaces, and before going to another patient, and wash hands immediately to avoid transfer of microorganisms to other patients or environments.
3. Masking Wear a mask and eye protection or a face shield to protect mucous membranes of the eyes, nose, and mouth during procedures and patient-care activities that are likely to generate splashes or sprays of blood, body fluids, secretions, and excretions.
4. Gowning Wear a gown (a clean nonsterile gown is adequate) to protect skin and prevent soiling of clothes during procedures and patient-care activities that are likely to generate splashes or sprays of blood, body fluids, secretions, and excretions or cause soiling of clothing.
5. Appropriate device handling Handle used patient-care equipment soiled with blood, body fluids, secretions, and excretions in a manner that prevents skin and mucous membrane exposures, contamination of clothing, and transfer of microorganisms to other patients and environments. Ensure that reusable equipment is not used for the care of another patient until it has been appropriately cleaned and reprocessed and that single-use items are properly discarded.
6. Appropriate handling of laundry Handle, transport, and process used linen soiled with blood, body fluids, secretions, and excretions in a manner that prevents skin and mucous membrane exposures, contamination of clothing, and transfer of microorganisms to other patients and environments.

If MRSA is judged by the hospital's infection control program to be of special clinical or epidemiologic significance, then Contact Precautions should be considered.

In addition, hospitals (which demonstrate high MRSA rates) may opt toward the eradication of MRSA by treating all personnel who are MRSA carriers. In the United States alone, the general population will never quite know the exact amount of deaths attributed to MRSA because statistics are not accurately accounted. One possible problem is that S.E.A.R.C.H. (Surveillance for Emerging Antimicrobial Resistance Connected to Healthcare) is comprised of voluntary participants; including hospitals, state health departments, and other healthcare facilities. When participants are voluntary, in my own opinion, statistics cannot be completely accurate; therefore, the incidence of MRSA may be much greater than realized. But how can 5 minutes spare a life? Being directly connected to a family member who had acquired MRSA, it is sad that only 5 minutes could've made all the difference. By memorizing, and diligently practicing the above guidelines, MRSA can be prevented. Unless individuals are experiencing the constant health battle, the irreparable physical damages, and even loss that accompanies MRSA, it is difficult for some to understand the critical seriousness of MRSA.If you are a healthcare provider or work in a healthcare environment, please - take 5 minutes of your time today and reflect on this vital information. Next time, it could be you, your spouse, your child, your parentFree Web Content, your grandparent...MRSA knows no boundaries.

How Internet Fax Service Saves Money & Time

Internet faxing circumvents the complexity of a fax machine and those never-ending paper jams, meanwhile embracing the flexibility, quickness and money saving aspects of internet communication.

Internet Faxing is one of the advantages the World Wide Web has brought to the common man. As the term indicates, it is the way of sending faxes through the internet, without the aid of complex faxing machines. And more importantly, internet faxing is cheap, fast and easy to use. Let us see how it can be a big time and money saver.

The infrastructure one may need so as to use internet faxing is quite simple. A PC, a reliable internet connection, and an email id provided by the service provider. That is, no more dabbling with the complex fax softwares or operational procedures to perform faxing, and that itself saves a lot of your quality time. Further, as one can send or receive fax messages from his/her desktop, there is no need to walk up to where the fax machine is placed and wait for one’s turn to get the job done. In fact, waiting in front of a fax machine if you are to receive a particular fax is the most time consuming of the exercises, and that is completely eliminated with web faxing.

On the economic front, the only payment one has to cough up is the monthly fee for the service provider. And that won’t exceed $20 a month. Rest of the services is free, and the customer can receive the fax messages in his/her mailbox like any other email. Given the total expense on email faxing, if to consider the average expense per page, it will be as low as 30-35 cents per page, and that is the lowest possible on any counts.

To conclude, online faxing, to a good extent, has effectively bridged the gap between traditional fax machines and web-based communication. It circumvents the complexity of a fax machine and those never-ending paper jams, meanwhile embracing the flexibility, quickness and money saving aspects of internet communication. After allArticle Search, that’s what one expects from technological innovations!

Finding the Right DS3 Bandwidth Provider

Telecommunications contracts can be much like a marriage and as we all know there are good and bad marriages. The fact is, when you enter into a telecommunications contract with a DS3 Bandwidth provider for reasonable amount of bandwidth or voice service you will have to enter into a long term contract. Telecommunications contracts for T1's and DS'3s/T3's typically range from 1 years to 3 years. Anything longer than a 3 year contract is usually only seen in very large applicatons like OC3 and OC12 or complex frame relay connections with many nodes. While the term of the contract will not be a problem if you have the right provider, the contract could prove extrememly burdomsome with the wrong provider.

We suggest using a broker to walk you through your options and show you the providers and services available. A broker or independent agent can help reduce the time it takes you to shop around for a DS3 provider by asking you the questions once and searching through multiple providers to get the service that is right for you. The agent helps steer clear of the bias you will receive when speaking with one vendor as the agent will be paid no matter which service you choose. As the agent doesn't work with a specific provider like AT&T or Sprint, he or she will not push you in that direction if they are not right for you.

Remember that the DS3 Bandwidth provider you select will be your partner for quite some time so take caution in your decision. The worst part of being with a bad provider is the fact that it will affect your business. Dropped calls or an internet connection that goes down can be disastrous to a business. We found that the larger companies like AT&T and Sprint will release companies from long term contracts it if is shown that the voice or data DS3 service was faulty on a regular basisScience Articles, however the release from such a contract will not help recoup the damages of the lost calls and e-mails from the poor service. When shopping for a DS3 provider we suggest using a broker and asking for referals from current customers to give you an indication of what you can expect.
